Delivery of computing support for all members of the college community. Managment of the User Services group, a staff of professionals, part-time employees, and numerous student workers; the User Services group supports users of the Apple Macintosh, the Digital Alpha systems, remotely connected off-campus users, and the communications and networking sub-systems of the College.
Management of user support team in an integrated information environment that includes the Libraries and Campus Media Services. Services include extensive training program, electronic-based information dissemination, Help Desk, and oversight of student access facilities and computing classrooms.
